What materials is the Hydro Buddy made from?

The bottle is made from high-quality, military grade, stainless steel. Ensuring durability and insulation.

The bowls are BPA-free, food-safe plastic, and the bag is made from neoprene - a durable, water-resistant fabric.

How much water does the bottle hold?

The bottle holds 1L of water, keeping both you and your pet hydrated throughout the day.

The stainless steel bottle is insulated, keeping your drinks cold for up to 12 hours and hot for up to 6 hours.

How do I clean the Hydro Buddy?

The carrying bag can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth.
We recommend handwashing the bottles and bowls

What colours are available?

What is your Return Policy?

Our range of products all include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. All Jane and James Pets product claims for which are misprinted, damaged or expired must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. You can find full details via our Refund Policy.
